CLASS DESCRIPTION
Our Intermediate Soccer Classes are designed for players who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their game to the next level. These sessions focus on refining technical skills like ball control, passing accuracy, and tactical movement, while introducing more advanced drills and small-sided games to challenge players in a fun, competitive setting. With an emphasis on decision-making, teamwork, and game awareness, our experienced coaches help each player grow in confidence and prepare for league play or higher-level training. It’s the perfect step for young athletes ready to sharpen their skills and elevate their soccer IQ.

Body conditioning classes are designed to provide total fitness and overall toning by working every major muscle group in one workout. From strength to cardio, this class has it all. Expect to get stronger, mentally and physically, in this class. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications are always presented.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Using a vast array of signature exercises and techniques which can change from class to class, the class will be brought to life by very energetic, vivacious instructors who want to create the ultimate party atmosphere.
Build a strong core! Our exclusive signature core class enables you to lift heavier and perform better by using your own body weight and various small pieces of functional equipment – all working toward that goal of strengthening your mid section.
Comfortable athletic clothes – a t-shirt and shorts or athletic pants are perfect.
Soccer cleats or athletic shoes – cleats are best for turf or grass, but sneakers work fine for beginners.
Shin guards – recommended for safety and often required once scrimmages begin.
Soccer socks – long socks to cover shin guards (if used).
⚠️ No food, gum, or drinks on the turf (water only is allowed).
🚫 No metal cleats – use turf shoes or molded rubber cleats only.
🗑️ No trash on the field – please use the bins provided.
🐾 No pets allowed on the turf (even the cute ones).
🛑 No hanging on goals or nets – they can tip or break.
🚷 No glass containers anywhere near the field.
🚭 No smoking or vaping on or around the turf.
