CLASS DESCRIPTION
Our Advanced Soccer Class is designed for experienced players who are ready to take their technical ability, tactical awareness, and overall game intelligence to the next level. This high-intensity program focuses on mastering advanced techniques such as first-touch under pressure, creative ball control, quick combination play, and finishing in dynamic scenarios. Players will be challenged through position-specific drills, speed and agility work, and small-sided games that simulate real match situations. Every session is built to refine the finer details of the game, helping players stand out in competitive environments.

In addition to physical training, the class incorporates tactical development, including advanced attacking and defensive principles, spatial awareness, and in-game decision-making. Athletes will be pushed to think quickly, communicate effectively, and lead with confidence. Whether preparing for club, high school, or elite-level play, this class provides the edge needed to compete at a higher level. Our coaching staff brings both professional and collegiate experience to ensure every athlete is guided with intention, focus, and a deep understanding of the game.

Using a vast array of signature exercises and techniques which can change from class to class, the class will be brought to life by very energetic, vivacious instructors who want to create the ultimate party atmosphere.
Build a strong core! Our exclusive signature core class enables you to lift heavier and perform better by using your own body weight and various small pieces of functional equipment – all working toward that goal of strengthening your mid section.
Comfortable athletic clothes – a t-shirt and shorts or athletic pants are perfect.
Soccer cleats or athletic shoes – cleats are best for turf or grass, but sneakers work fine for beginners.
Shin guards – recommended for safety and often required once scrimmages begin.
Soccer socks – long socks to cover shin guards (if used).
⚠️ No food, gum, or drinks on the turf (water only is allowed).
🚫 No metal cleats – use turf shoes or molded rubber cleats only.
🗑️ No trash on the field – please use the bins provided.
🐾 No pets allowed on the turf (even the cute ones).
🛑 No hanging on goals or nets – they can tip or break.
🚷 No glass containers anywhere near the field.
🚭 No smoking or vaping on or around the turf.
