CLINIC DESCRIPTION
Our Ball Mastery class is designed to help young players develop complete control and confidence with the ball at their feet. Through high-repetition drills and creative exercises, players will sharpen their footwork, build strong fundamentals, and improve their coordination and balance. Every session is structured to maximize touches, promote quick decision-making, and create a solid technical foundation.
Players will work on a variety of skills including tight-space dribbling, change-of-direction moves, feints, and first-touch control. By emphasizing both feet and different parts of the foot, athletes gain versatility and fluidity in how they move with the ball. These skills translate directly into in-game situations, giving players the edge when it matters most.

Enhance Footwork and Coordination – Build quick, controlled foot movements for better agility and balance.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Using a vast array of signature exercises and techniques which can change from class to class, the class will be brought to life by very energetic, vivacious instructors who want to create the ultimate party atmosphere.
Comfortable athletic clothes – a t-shirt and shorts or athletic pants are perfect.
Soccer cleats or athletic shoes – cleats are best for turf or grass, but sneakers work fine for beginners.
Shin guards – recommended for safety and often required once scrimmages begin.
Soccer socks – long socks to cover shin guards (if used).
⚠️ No food, gum, or drinks on the turf (water only is allowed).
🚫 No metal cleats – use turf shoes or molded rubber cleats only.
🗑️ No trash on the field – please use the bins provided.
🐾 No pets allowed on the turf (even the cute ones).
🛑 No hanging on goals or nets – they can tip or break.
🚷 No glass containers anywhere near the field.
🚭 No smoking or vaping on or around the turf.
